Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with our solutions.
• Conduct market research to spot potential customers and keep up with industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate on strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities, including interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates to management on lead quality and customer needs.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of sales experience with a focus on lead generation in IT.
• A proven ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Previous experience in software development and technology is an added advantage.
