As an Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Technician you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of mechanical assemblies.
Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction.
You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.
Job Description
As an AMO Technician, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing pre-job checks and basic onsite maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of equipment.
Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, Trouble shooting of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment’s
Picking materials, components, and end products to be delivered to production or for shipping.
Performing SAP transaction for material movements
Ensuring operational alignment with planning and KPI's to optimize inventory and process improvements.
Taking ownership of all activities within the Planning & Warehouse operations to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Have 5+ years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function or minimum 2 years relevant industrial experience.
Be able to show a good general knowledge of the Gas and Oil industry.
Demonstrate good knowledge of ESP tools including their uses, repair, and maintenance.
Be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
Demonstrate proficient computer skills, including in Microsoft Office applications.
Have professional experience with mustimeters, megohmmeters, high-precision testers and other basic tools and measuring equipment
Have a valid NYSC
