About the Job
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage SEO, content development, social media marketing, and ad campaigns. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, traffic, and engagement through comprehensive digital strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media ads, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Content Development:
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content that is optimized for search engines (blogs, landing pages, social media posts, etc.).
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all digital platforms.
Develop and manage an editorial calendar to align content creation with marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and execute effective social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a community around the brand.
Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Ads Management (PPC/SEM):
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Create compelling ad copy, monitor ad performance, and adjust bids and budgets to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research to understand target audience behavior, market trends, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative and development teams to ensure digital campaigns align with the company’s branding, goals, and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, content marketing, social media management, and ad campaign management.
Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.).
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their advertising interfaces.
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
