Job Title: Male Executive Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage the executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Public Speaking & Representation:

  • Represent the executive team in meetings, presentations, or events when required, delivering speeches or updates confidently.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with key stakeholders, ensuring a positive image of the executive office.

Task Management & Prioritization:

  • Act on urgent tasks quickly and effectively, ensuring timely execution of directives from the executive team.
  • Prioritize tasks for the executive, ensuring the most critical matters receive immediate attention.

Accounting & Finance Support:

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget management.
  • Help prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations within the executive office.

Event & Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items from executive meetings.

Document & Data Management:

  • Maintain confidential files and records with discretion.
  • Assist in preparing data reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the executive team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of public speaking and the ability to present confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance, with the ability to manage expense reports and assist with budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Sharp, quick thinker with the ability to act promptly on tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with occasional travel for meetings or events.
  • May require extended hours or weekend availability to meet the demands of the executive office.
