We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Cleaner

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Keeping carpets and rugs clean and odor-free by shampooing, vacuuming, and applying deodorizers as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
• Regularly empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as removing mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces.
• Clean windows, doors, and mirrors to maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and inform the Admin officer when supplies need replenishment.
• Cleaning and maintenance of office premised on a daily and regular basis
• Assist in setting up rooms for meetings and office events when required.
• Laundering clothing as required.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facility manager.
• Run errands and perform other cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years work experience as a cleaner.
• Proven experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina, as the role requires standing, lifting, and moving items.
• Proximity to Ikeja is required for ease of commuting to the office.
• Minimum of a secondary school education (SSCE or equivalent).
