Job Summary

• At RYNO Auto, we are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and clients.
• As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our security operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect company assets, personnel, and information.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the response to security incidents and breaches; conduct investigations and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary.
• Oversee the security of company facilities, including access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel.
• Collaborate with IT to protect company data and systems; implement cybersecurity measures and protocols.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and business continuity strategies; conduct drills and training sessions.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees; ensure staff are informed about security protocols and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures; use protective gear.
• Manage relationships with security service providers and vendors; oversee the procurement and maintenance of security equipment.
• Develop and manage the security budget; allocate resources effectively to address security needs.
• Prepare and present reports on security status, incidents, and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices; implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years+ experience as a Chief Security Officer or in a similar senior security management role.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar.
• Strong knowledge of security management practices, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with physical security, cybersecurity, and incident response.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
