Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
Assist in Financial Reporting:

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Data Entry:

• Accurately input financial data into accounting software and ensure all records are up-to-date.

Reconciliation:

• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Invoice Management:

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation and payment tracking.

Audit Support:

• Assist in the preparation of documents and reports required for internal and external audits.

Budget Tracking:

• Monitor and report on budget variances, ensuring effective financial management.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Support Senior Accountants:

• Provide assistance to senior accountants in various accounting tasks and projects.

Administrative Duties:

• Handle general administrative tasks related to the accounting department, such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.

Job Requirements

• HND / BSc in Accounting or related Discipline
• Must be a serving Corp Member
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel
• Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be ready and able to work well within a small team environment.
• Must have great organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail is a must.
