Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or a relevant business discipline. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within Engineering or Construction industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP engineering principles, industry standards, and construction practices. Familiarity with project lifecycle, including design, procurement, and construction phases.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage sales cycles.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
