Job Summary

• We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
• The ideal candidate will be hard-working and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently.

Responsibilities

• Organize office tasks and assist in ways that optimize procedures.
• Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
• Perform receptionist duties when needed

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of OND
• Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant administrative role
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office.
