Job Title: Telesales Officer

Job Purpose
To promote and sell loan products to potential customers via telephone calls, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service, with the aim of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Proactively contact potential customers from leads, databases, or provided lists.
Use persuasive techniques to encourage customers to apply for loans.
Product Promotion:
Explain various loan products (e.g., personal loans, home loans, etc.) to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Answer customer inquiries regarding loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and other details.
Sales Achievement:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Convert leads into successful loan applications.
Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet completed the loan application.
Customer Service:
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
Guide customers through the loan application process.
Address any concerns or issues customers may have regarding loan services.
Data Entry & Record Management:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including calls made, responses received, and sales conversions.
Update customer information and track application status in the CRM system.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or the financial industry is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
