Job Objectives
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Listen to customers' needs and provide product information, recommendations, and assistance.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Actively engage with customers to promote products or services and drive sales. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services as appropriate.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered and stay updated on new arrivals or features.
Educate customers about product benefits and features.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain product displays and store appearance to ensure an attractive shopping environment.
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising.
Customer Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share best practices.
Assist in training new sales associates as needed.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Order fulfilment Management:
Overseeing and executing the various tasks involved in fulfilling customer orders efficiently and effectively.
Business Development:
Reaching out to new businesses, maintaining those relationships, creating and maintaining sales documents/creatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
2-3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer skills for processing transactions and accessing product information.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Knowledge of the products or services being sold (training provided).
Knowledge of industry-specific sales techniques and trends (training provided).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and networking skills, professional mannerisms, and social presence.
Familiarity with the Google Office Suite; adept at using technology.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Must have excellent Internet connection, working laptop and ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (Between 9 am - 5 pm Central Standard Time).
Cultural & Functional Competencies:
Highly proficient in HubSpot CRM development and management.
Experience building sales funnels and pipelines.
Experience developing and meeting sales KPI's.
Experience hiring and developing sales teams with commission structures.
