Job Description
As an HR Commercial Business Partner, you will deliver strategic HR support to the commercial team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include managing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
You will also oversee training and development, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and compliance. Also, you will manage HR budgeting, reporting, and vendor oversight to enhance decision-making and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering: Provide strategic HR support to the commercial team aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Workforce Planning: Forecast and manage workforce planning and staffing requirements across all locations to ensure adequate talent availability and optimize labor costs.
Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes in collaboration with the necessary stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company standards and legal compliance.
Onboarding: Conduct orientation programs for new employees to facilitate a smooth transition and promote employee engagement.
Performance Management: Manage performance management processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
Training and Development: Facilitate training and development plans to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.
Employee Relations: Manage relations with the commercial team and address grievances to maintain a positive employee-employer relationship.
Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication, employee recognition, and well-being initiatives.
HR Administration: Oversee the maintenance of employee files, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and manage requirements.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation, benefits administration, and variable pay programs.
HR Metrics: Monitor key HR metrics to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
HR Budgeting: Manage HR costs and budgets in alignment with the HR Director, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards on HR costs and activities to provide insights and support decision-making.
Vendor Oversight: Oversee outsourced employee operations and remuneration, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with relevant HR certification; Postgraduate qualification is a plus.
At least 8 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years as an HR commercial/sales business partner.
Must have good experience managing large sales force (Sales/Marketing, Business Development)
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits, especially sales incentives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
Skilled in budgeting, attention to detail, and HR policy development.
Familiarity with HRIS applications and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience in HR planning, audit processes, and labour relations management.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and reliability.
