Job Description
The Customer Service (Sales Operations) Officer is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for customers from inquiry through to purchase, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations.
This role focuses on client satisfaction, processing sales transactions, managing customer accounts, and facilitating communication between clients and the sales team. It requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries (via phone, email, and in-person) about property listings, pricing, availability, and general information.
Assist clients in understanding real estate options that fit their needs and budgets.
Schedule and coordinate property viewings, site inspections, and client meetings.
Complaint Resolution:
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or management as needed.
Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Update clients regularly on new property listings, payment plans, and other relevant information.
Sales Operations Support:
Sales Process Management:
Prepare and manage necessary paperwork such as contracts, agreements, and payment schedules for property transactions.
Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Transaction Coordination:
Oversee and ensure the smooth processing of property sales and leasing transactions.
Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing, legal, and finance departments to ensure seamless communication and a smooth customer journey.
Liaise with the operations and property management teams to ensure that all customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Work with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and marketing campaigns based on customer responses.
Training and Development:
Assist in training new sales and customer service team members on internal processes, property details, and sales systems.
Stay updated on real estate industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or operations within the real estate industry.
Knowledge of real estate markets, property sales processes, and legal documentation.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales support tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
