Job Summary

• Our client isseeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their business.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that business processes are efficient, resources are used effectively, and operations are aligned with strategic goals.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee and manage the company’s daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Lead and mentor department heads and staff to meet company objectives and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with business goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives for change.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process optimization, resource management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ERP software and systems management.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
