Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Agungi, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Develop content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging social media activity.
• Design and produce high-quality content, including graphics, photos, videos, and copy, tailored to each social media platform.
• Collaborate with the team to generate ideas for promotional campaigns, special offers, and events.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with our audience through interactive content, contests, and user-generated content to foster a sense of community.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve content effectiveness.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
• Coordinate with salon and spa staff to feature services, promotions, and client testimonials.
• Optimize ad spend and creative to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, HND
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and tools Canva
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
