Job Title: Music Tutor / Administrative Officer

Job Description

• Teach various levels of students theory and practical
• Conduct music performances and arrange songs.

Administrative Roles:

• Do company's administrative work:
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Supervise other junior staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and instruments, place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Blogging for the company.

Requirements

• We prefer a female who must be a God-fearing christian graduate / Diploma / NCE, preferably a graduate of Music who can play piano and sing.
• A resourceful, proactive individual.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management
• Organization and management skill
• Attention to detail
• File management skills
• Pedagogy skill

• Can Sight, read, & Compose
• Knowledge of the music industry.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly + other benefits.
