Job Description
The company, Nigeria's premier online shopping destination for ICT and lifestyle products, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and functionalities to customers, highlighting the benefits and advantages.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pickup.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and shelves.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure availability of products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a prompt and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Keep abreast of product knowledge, promotions, and sales events to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and targets.
Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic to the store.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or retail management is a plus.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the ICT or consumer electronics industry.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and close sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / month.
