Job Title: Assistant Finance and Account Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Managing and Overseeing everyday accounting operations for the Division.
• Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports for management Monthly.
• Establishing and adhearing to proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Adhearance to Internal Controls of the organisation.
• Preparation of Annual Business Plans.
• Banking Operations daily and renewal of facilities.
• Cash Flow forecast and actual.
• AR and AP Management
• Capital Asset Reconcilications
• Bank Reconcilications
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Coordinate and complete internal audits
• Establish and maintain fiscal records
• Direct and Indirect Taxation, adhearance, returns, assessment, etc.
• Establishing and adhearing to proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Banking facilities and timely renewal
• Capital Asset Reconcilications
• Complete Balance Sheet within a quarter from the closure of FY.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification
• 5 - 7 years of experience.
• SAP Experience is must.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
