Job Title: Technical Assistant

Description 

• Support the post-sales process by being the go-to-person for your customers, generating handover documents, booking installations, and loads more
• Collaborate with survey, installation teams and third party supplier to make the solar magic happen
• Staying on top of all admin to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for our customers
• Become an expert in solar with real ownership in the navigation of the installation journey and all it’s excitement
