Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our hospitality services and brand.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns and drive bookings.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness.
• Organize and attend events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, SEO tools).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
