Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Assistant / Intern Needed

Job Description
You provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of the companyby maintaining the accuracy of employee files, organising and screening CVs and resumes, managing job ads, and assisting in implementing company policies.
With this role, you gain insightful and real-time operation management and coordination as an HR career professional.

Responsibilities
Working directly with Legal/HR Manager and Admin Coordinator to ensure optimal work operations
Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts
Screening resumes and application forms
Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Monitor and ensure working staff compliance
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
Assists in checking overall compliance with labour codes and applicable local and state laws
Performs ad hoc tasks as required:
Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards, careers pages, and social media.
Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews with candidates.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the HR team in organizing and conducting interviews.
Help prepare onboarding materials and new hire documentation.
Assist in organizing and conducting new hire orientation sessions.
Ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company culture and processes.
Coordinate with other departments to set up workstations and equipment for new hires.
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions and workshops.
Support the administration of training programs, including scheduling and tracking attendance.
Help maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
Assist in developing training materials and resources.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.
Help with organizing HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and company outings.
The supervisor may assign other responsibilities.
Requirements:
HND or equivalent; additional education or training in Human Resources is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
