Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
This role requires a strong leader with experience in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to ensure the company attracts top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance skills and boost employee productivity.
Manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring fair assessments and career growth opportunities for employees.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Develop and implement compensation, benefits, and reward systems to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
Provide strategic guidance on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Oversee HR metrics, such as employee turnover, performance, and productivity, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes.
Ensure the company complies with labor laws and employment regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
Lead conflict resolution and employee relations matters, ensuring issues are addressed and documented appropriately.
Advise leadership on HR matters, including employee performance, organizational structure, and company culture.
Manage HR staff and ensure efficient daily operations of the HR department.
Collaborate with department heads to identify key workforce challenges and implement solutions to improve overall performance.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with at least 3 years in HR management.
Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to drive strategic decisions.
Experience with talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
