Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive the performance of our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, with experience in bathroom and sanitary ware, lighting solutions, or related industries.
This role will involve managing day-to-day sales operations, mentoring the team, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded.
Provide coaching, support, and regular feedback to enhance team performance and personal development.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with company goals, focusing on driving revenue in the bathroom and sanitary wares and lighting sectors.
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Business Development:
Identify potential clients, market opportunities, and new business prospects.
Work on expanding the customer base and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
Sales Operations:
Manage daily sales operations, ensuring the team follows processes and best practices to optimize productivity.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights to improve overall performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored product solutions.
Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and promotional strategies.
Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to aid in product development.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve sales processes and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, particularly in the bathroom, sanitary wares, or lighting industries.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop a successful sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to boost sales performance.
In-depth understanding of the industry and market trends.
Proficiency with Microsoft & video conferencing
