We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to supervise our digital marketing team.
The Senior Digital Marketer will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and provide result-oriented advertising.
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in e-commerce and lead generation (Meta and Google Ads).
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
You will work with the marketing team and supporting teams (such as programmers) to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
In addition to being an outstanding communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate should also be both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Job Responsibilities
Provide detailed reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Assess important metrics that influence the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Reviewing analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and making adjustments when necessary.
Developing marketing strategy and planning for online advertising campaigns.
Monitoring the performance of digital channels to ensure that they are reaching their target audiences and generating quality leads.
Establish end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategies that align with the needs and goals of the businesses.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
Identify advertising needs.
Establish best practices in digital marketing.
Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
Job Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar area.
10+ years experience in digital marketing or advertising position.
Proven working experience in leading a digital marketing team.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
