Job Title: Guest Services Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Guest Service Assistant at YellowDoor Apartments.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with guest inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.
As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and upholding our high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to enhance their stay.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
Provide information about local attractions, events, and services, offering recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest reservations and special requests, ensuring personalized service is delivered.
Maintain accurate and confidential guest records, complying with data protection regulations.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
Collaborate with the Guest Service Manager and other team members to continuously improve the quality of service.
Stay informed about YellowDoor Apartments' services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
Assist in handling emergencies and follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests.
Qualifications and Requirements
Abuja resident preferred - no provisions for relocation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems, including Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and property management software.
Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with local attractions and amenities is an added advantage.
Remuneration
For the role of Guest Services, we offer a competitive salary package between N110,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and skills. Detailed information about benefits will be provided during the interview process.
