Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and highly motivated TikTok Specialist to join our marketing team.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok, its trends, and its audience.
• As a TikTok Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth on TikTok.
• You will work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative and engaging content ideas tailored specifically for TikTok.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality TikTok videos that align with brand identity and objectives.
• Analyze competitor TikTok strategies and content to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Engage with TikTok followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive and interactive community around the brand.
• Monitor user-generated content, hashtags, and brand mentions to identify potential collaborations and content opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers and creators for potential partnerships and collaborations..
• Track and analyze the performance of TikTok content using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Report on key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, video views, and campaign performance.
• Continuously research and stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, and features on TikTok.
• Experiment with new content formats, styles, and approaches to keep the brand's TikTok presence fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 1 - 3 years of experience managing social media channels, with a strong focus on TikTok.
• Proven ability to create engaging and viral content on TikTok.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and TikTok's in-app editing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interprete data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for TikTok captions
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content.
