Job Title: Odoo Technical Lead and Developer
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Odoo developers, providing technical direction and reviewing code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Odoo modules and customisations.
Architect and oversee the technical design and development of complex Odoo solutions.
Ensure Odoo implementation follows industry standards, best practices, and is scalable and secure.
Development & Customisation:
Customise and develop Odoo modules, workflows, and business processes based on business needs.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications (via APIs, web services, etc.).
Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics based on user requirements.
Optimise and maintain the Odoo platform, improving its performance, usability, and security.
Odoo SH / Online and On Premise Solution
Project Management & Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for Odoo-related projects.
Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality outputs.
Provide technical support for end-users and troubleshoot any issues related to Odoo applications.
Continuous Improvement:
Keep up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases, new features, and development best practices.
Identify areas for process improvements and system optimisation.
Contribute to continuous process improvements in software development, testing, and deployment.
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Odoo development, including module customisation, integration, and Odoo APIs.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
Expertise in Odoo framework, ORM, business processes, and enterprise modules (such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.).
Experience with PostgreSQL databases and database optimisation.
Project & People Management:
Proven experience as a technical lead or lead developer in managing and mentoring development teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
Odoo certification or similar ERP certification.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Odoo hosting solutions.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap).
Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and continuous integration (CI/CD) practices.
Knowledge of enterprise business processes, including finance, HR, CRM, and manufacturing.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
