Description
The Loan Telemarketing Officer is responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell loan products. The officer will guide clients through the loan application process, ensure that all documentation is accurate, and meet sales targets by converting leads into approved loans.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists to promote loan products.
Product Promotion: Explain the features, benefits, and terms of different loan products, such as personal loans, home loans, auto loans, or business loans.
Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess the financial needs of customers to offer appropriate loan solutions.
Lead Conversion: Convert leads into successful loan applications by effectively communicating and overcoming objections.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the loan process.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers to remind them of loan offerings and provide any necessary information or assistance.
Documentation: Assist customers with the completion of loan applications and ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
Collaboration: Work closely with the loan processing team and other departments to ensure smooth loan approvals and disbursements.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information, and prepare regular reports for management.

Education and Experience
A high School Diploma or equivalent is typically required, though a degree in business, finance, or a related field may be preferred.
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is highly desirable.
