Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of our company's strategic plans.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, market analysis, and team collaboration.ù

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with strategy development tools and software (e.g., SWOT analysis, market research reports).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
