The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Head of Growth Analytics & KPIs to join our team.
This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Inventory Management, Growth, Demand Management, Pricing, and Promotion Strategies.
Additionally, the incumbent will play a crucial role in product assortment optimization, identifying gaps in the marketplace, and providing actionable insights to the Sales and Acquisition teams to drive distribution, reach, and market coverage.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the FMCG industry, advanced data analytics skills, and the ability to build comprehensive Sales, Marketing, and Customer Hierarchies that align with industry best practices.
Responsibilities
B2B Marketplace & KPI Management: Drive decisions on inventory, growth, pricing, and promotions by defining and managing KPIs to align with business goals.
Product Assortment & Gap Analysis: Identify assortment gaps and provide insights to ensure product offerings align with market demand.
Geographic Expansion & Market Coverage: Identify geographic gaps and recommend strategies to expand distribution and market reach.
Growth Analytics Leadership: Lead growth analytics, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions across teams.
Promotion Strategy: Develop and refine promotion strategies to optimize sales, profitability, and campaign performance.
Sales, Marketing & Customer Hierarchy: Create a customer hierarchy that enhances alignment between sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
Data Analysis & Dashboards: Develop real-time dashboards using advanced tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Pricing Strategy & Optimization: Lead pricing strategies to maximize revenue, adjusting models based on market trends and data analysis.
Requirements
Extensive FMCG experience with expertise in inventory management, demand planning, growth analytics, pricing, and promotions.
Proven ability to create complex dashboards and visualizations using tools like ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
Strong experience in defining and managing KPIs in growth, inventory, pricing, and product assortment within FMCG or e-commerce.
Advanced problem-solving and communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
