De-Haryor Global Services Limited is a full-service Electrical and Construction company that provides comprehensive electrical and building services to commercial and industrial clients across Nigeria. The company specializes in the sale of electrical meters, maintenance, installation of mechanical and electrical gadgets, and upgrading of electrical systems, with expertise in new construction, remodelling, and repair. Established in 2009, De-Haryor Global Services Limited is licensed, bonded, insured, and associated with the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
This role will involve handling both professional and personal commitments, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. In addition, the position requires traveling with the CEO on business trips and ensuring seamless coordination during such travel.
The ideal candidate must possess a blend of executive-level administrative support skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling and manage the CEO’s calendar to optimize time and productivity.
Oversee and manage all aspects of travel arrangements for the CEO, including itinerary planning, ticketing, accommodation, and ensuring smooth logistics during both domestic and international business trips.
Assist in organizing board meetings and preparing presentations for external engagements.
Maintain a comprehensive filing and document management system to ensure ease of access to essential documents.
Perform secretarial duties such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling confidential documents.
Build and maintain relationships with executive assistants in other organizations to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s involvement in various projects, meetings, and external events.
Prioritize incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests, and ensure they align with the CEO’s priorities.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-up on actions.
Handle expense reports, process invoices, and ensure the CEO’s Travel and Expense account aligns with company policies.
Provide support in managing personal commitments of the CEO as required.
Work closely with other senior executives to ensure alignment and coordination of business strategies.
Qualifications
A Degree in Law is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in supporting senior executives.
Demonstrated experience in managing executive travel arrangements, including international travel.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
High level of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
