King of CMS Consulting is seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales/Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, particularly within the tech or education sectors
In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base for both Figureshub and Kstudy Learning, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and developing strategies that align with our long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for King of CMS Consulting services, including Figureshub's online tech courses and Kstudy Learning's educational offerings.
Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on opportunities to close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that align with market needs.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Represent King of CMS Consulting at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.
Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing sales processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the tech or education sector.
Strong knowledge of digital solutions, online learning platforms, and education technology.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that achieve measurable results.
High-level organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage client relationships.
Passion for technology and education with a strong understanding of market trends in Africa.

N150,000 - N350,000 / Month.
