Responsibilities
Create and publish engaging content (digital media assets such as images, videos, graphics, etc.) for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) in line with our brand guidelines
Monitor social media activities and respond to comments and messages in a timely, helpful, and professional manner
Handle all pre-sales inquiries from multiple channels including social media, website chats, email, & WhatsApp and efficiently route sales inquiries to the sales team
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital media
Use digital analytics tools to track and report on the performance of our digital content and campaigns
Assist in the management and updating of our company website including creating landing pages and updating content
Increase awareness and sensitize the public about the company’s brand
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns such as targets for a certain number of shares, likes, followers, or customers, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to build a large and strong community online.
Assist with offline advertising, including organizing events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
Support the digital marketing team in other tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
A genuine interest in digital media and online trends
Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey ideas and engage with diverse audiences
A knack for coming up with imaginative and engaging marketing ideas tailored for children and parents
Openness to learning from data and feedback to refine marketing strategies for optimal results
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut), or a quick learner eager to enhance your skills
Effective organization skills to manage your tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to team objectives
Must be detail-oriented, creative and have a collaborative spirit
Proactive attitude in identifying challenges and proposing creative solutions to improve campaigns
A belief in the value of practical technology skills for children's development and a desire to contribute to their learning journey
