Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Digital Marketing Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while also driving the digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• ⁠Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• ⁠Implement email marketing campaigns.
• ⁠Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, engagement with followers, and social media advertising.
• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
• ⁠Create engaging content including videos and graphics for various digital platforms.
• ⁠Design graphics and visuals for digital media campaigns and other marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs on the company’s social media platforms to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers that entails professional and interactive communication on social media platforms.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualification and Experience

• OND / HND / BSc in any Relevant field.
• Previous work experience as a Digital Marketer and customer service is an added advantage.
• ⁠Must have strong knowledge in Content creation and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and tools.

Skills and Competence:

• Strong Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for driving sales through social media platforms.
• Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with mastery in written communication and presentations;
• Proven success with digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficient in either SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Adaptable and creative problem-solver.
• Ability to multi-task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds.
