Is seen as a leader in the organization, in own MU and sub-regional Cluster (AME – Africa/Middle East).
Builds a pipeline of the next generation of MU Marketing Leaders.
Ensures brands, business and people consistency across categories and countries.
Requirements
12+ years. Experience in Brand Marketing, in global companies.
Global, Regional and Local experience will be a plus.
Ability to implement marketing plans and strategies, with excellence.
Ability to influence and motivate large commercial teams in the MU.
Strong commercial skills.
Very Good in Media Management (full consumer journey, including Digital Excellence).
Excellent collaborator.
Potential to grow within Beiersdorf Marketing Function.
Globally mobile (if local candidate, should show strong willingness for an international career).
