Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and innovative Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and achieve business objectives.
• This role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to craft and implement marketing plans that align with client goals and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage strategic marketing plans and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to achieve client objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Lead client meetings to present strategic recommendations, campaign results, and future growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct performance analysis of campaigns and projects, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on marketing strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging marketing techniques, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, advertising, or a related role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Agency experienceis a MUST
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
