Our client is looking for enthusiastic and proactive Supervisors to join their team, drive our marketing efforts, and ensure top-notch service and operations.
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the lounge/club.
Your responsibilities will include marketing, team coordination, and ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards.
You will also be expected to step in and cover various roles as needed, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion:
Implement aggressive marketing strategies to boost the lounge/club’s visibility and attract guests.
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand presence.
Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and special offers to maximize customer engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Operational Oversight/Support:
Step in and fill gaps in staffing or operations whenever necessary, ensuring seamless service.
Supervise and coordinate Public Relations (PR) staff to maintain a positive image and manage customer interactions effectively.
Supervise daily operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any operational issues promptly, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the lounge/club
Team Coordination & Performance:
Oversee waitstaff and ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and maintaining high service standards.
Address any issues promptly and ensure all team members adhere to operational protocols.
Customer Service & Floor Management:
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any customer concerns.
Focus on optimizing the guest experience by ensuring all areas are well-managed and guests are attended to promptly.
Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Content Creation & Social Media:
Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for social media platforms, the lounge/club’s website, and other marketing channels.
Maintain and update digital content to ensure it is current, appealing, and reflective of the brand’s image.
Brand Representation:
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, both in personal conduct and in how you handle business operations. This includes punctuality, courtesy, and reliability.
Ensure personal appearance and demeanor align with the brand standards.
General Manager Support:
Stand in for the General Manager when required, handling responsibilities and making decisions in their absence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role within the hospitality or nightlife industry.
Strong marketing skills with a proactive approach to increasing brand visibility.
Excellent coordination and team management abilities.
Experience in content creation and social media management is a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to embody the brand’s image.
Ability to step in and manage various aspects of operations as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration
Salary: N200,000 Monthly.
Commission: 1% of weekly sales.
