Job Title: E-hailing Driver

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• As a Professional Driver at Msendo, you will be responsible for transporting passengers, goods, or materials safely and efficiently.
• You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations promptly and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers or clients as needed.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Nigeria driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of local and regional roadways and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks associated with the job, such as lifting and carrying.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
