Job Title: Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Abia, Anambra, Enugu, Kaduna, Kano and Plateau

Job Summary

• We are seeking for a result-oriented senior Sales Deputy to appoint in North and East regions PAN Nigeria - who have a full know how of General plastic product market in Nigeria.

Requirements

• Must have 20 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing
• Must have 10 years’ experience in General plastic product market (not PVC Pipes or PVC Conduits)
• Must have an existing customer base of minimum 35 Plastic products dealers.
• Strong understanding of the Plastic Household goods and Plastic Chair market in Nigeria
• Ability to lead, manage and execute companies Monthly regional Sales targets
• Ability to apply oversight and guidance on all the regional sales supervisors and regional sales offices in their assigned region
• Ability to maintain current best practice sales reporting standards
• Ability to report on time important market intelligence on pricing and market share changes
• Ability to create route to market for new product ranges
• Ability to create new dealers / customers in their assigned region
• Ability to apply personal; ‘one on one’ distributor relationship management with our distributors in their assigned region
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing dealers & customers in these regions
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under company policy and regulation mop.
