Duties and Responsibilities
Support the tracking and implementation of programmatic work plans across States and thematic areas
Facilitate the development and approval of state and health facilities’ operational budgets
Monitor the implementation of programmatic scope of work by all project sub-recipients
Develop timely work plans and budgets for activities to support health facility teams utilize quality improvement methodologies to improve HIV care
Efficiently coordinate the implementation of QI and QA activities across supported health facilities
Manage quality improvement collaboratives among sites to improve care for people with HIV, including conducting peer learning sessions and site coaching.
Regular report writing including progress reports, QI bulletins and success stories
Support site and LGA quality improvement teams conduct monthly data collection, analysis, use and reporting
Develop and update materials for trainings, learning sessions and coaching visits
Coordinate assessments, site strengthening, follow-up and supervision, including developing supportive supervision guidelines
Qualification and experience
Degree in Public Health or related field
At least 4 years post qualification and minimum of two (2) years’ HIV/TB clinical experience
Public health experience and familiarity with quality improvement methodologies is essential
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Good analytical skills
Willingness to travel and spend at least 25% of their time in the field
