Reporting Manager Title: Manager of Projects.
General Purpose of Role
May operate as a lead individual on a project, or as a resource manager of a project controls group. Provides the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on cost and schedule for concurrent projects throughout the organization.
Services include planning cost and schedule (work breakdown structure) metrics and tools, collecting performance data (installed quantities, expended labour hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract work), tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analysing (earned value, productivity and risk analyses), and reporting.
Identifies and tracks all changes or potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management.
Integrates cost and schedule data and reporting with the company’s accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.

Qualifications
Typical Qualifications:
University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Typically 15+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.

Ability to troubleshoot and develop tactical plans for implementing organizational goals and oversee the design of new concepts and ideas related to projects as well as functional area of expertise
Broad knowledge of functional area and ability to implement and lead organizational project change effectively
