Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparing both local and little of intercontinental dishes, showcasing expertise in a wide range of cooking techniques and flavors.
• As a Cook, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes that delight our customers and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of local dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality in taste and presentation.
• Create intercontinental cuisine dishes following recipes or creating original recipes while maintaining a high standard of taste and presentation.
• Plan menus that incorporate both local and intercontinental dishes, considering seasonal availability and dietary requirements.
• Ensure that all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of food orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following proper cleaning and storage procedures.
• Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff, as required.
• Adapt recipes and menus to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Cook, preferably with a focus on local and little on intercontinental cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of local and a little of intercontinental cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant training programs is a plus.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
