De-Haryor Global Services Limited is a full-service Electrical and Construction company that provides comprehensive electrical and building services to commercial and industrial clients across Nigeria. The company specializes in the sale of electrical meters, maintenance, installation of mechanical and electrical gadgets, and upgrading of electrical systems, with expertise in new construction, remodelling, and repair. Established in 2009, De-Haryor Global Services Limited is licensed, bonded, insured, and associated with the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).
We are seeking an experienced and competent Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO.

The role also involves accompanying the CEO on official duties, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination during business trips.

Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling and maintain the executive's calendar to optimize productivity.
Organize the CEO’s participation in board meetings and external engagements.
Coordinate and edit presentations for the CEO.
Build and maintain relationships with executive assistants in other organizations to facilitate collaborations.
Assess and manage meeting requests, ensuring they align with business priorities.
Gather contact details and relevant information for meeting attendees to prepare the executive for future communications.
Manage executive phone calls, prioritize messages, and obtain essential information for follow-up.
Ensure cost-effective handling of travel, office administration, and meetings.
Accompany the CEO on official duties, coordinating travel logistics and ensuring seamless operations during business trips.
Organize and maintain documents using a document management system for easy access.
Handle data input and organize information from various sources.
Collaborate with the executive’s direct reports to coordinate meetings, travel, and access to important information.
Manage the executive’s Travel and Expense account and ensure reports conform to company policies.
Process expense reports and invoices.
Qualifications
A Degree in Law ispreferred.
Minimum of 7 years of proven administrative experience supporting executives at a high level.
Experience managing executive travel arrangements, including international travel.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior industry leaders.
High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
