We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Managerial Assistant

Location: Life Camp, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage all staff members, ensuring objectives are met by employees
• Ensure cakes are baked at least a day prior the stipulated date
• Exceptional time management abilities, including multitasking
• Perform a wide variety of complex, responsible, and administrative duties
• Assist with website and social media management
• Ensure timely delivery
• Teamwork with the staffs, and assist when necessary
• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review the work of staff involved in duties related to the area of assignment.
• Organize and maintain accurate and detailed databases, files, and records; verify accuracy of information, and record information
• Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records
• Handle various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, answering phones, and attending to client
• Handing unexpected situations with composure, and adjusting work plans as needed.
• Ensuring objectives are met by employees
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Track the progress monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess NCE / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
