Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast-growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. We are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Marketer

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid Remote)

Job Summary

• We're looking for a talented marketer to develop and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement for our body spray products. If you have a passion for marketing, a keen sense of smell, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to stay on top of trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Sales) to launch new products and promotions
• Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging marketing channels

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the personal care or beauty industry
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand growth
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and influencer marketing
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• You're a motivated and creative marketer who is passionate about body sprays.
