Job Title: Fashion Store Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fashion store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store layout to maximize sales.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to meet performance goals.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Monitor fashion trends and incorporate them into our brand's online presence and in-store offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote special events, sales, and product launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the fashion industry
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Should live on the Island, Lekki preferably, for proximity
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and retail merchandising.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
