We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Demand Generation / Partner Development Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an organized, results-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Manager to execute outbound, multi-channel marketing campaigns for corporate products aimed at helping organizations grow their sales pipeline.
  • In this role, you will combine marketing and sales functionality to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • This role will be based in Abuja; remote applicants in Nigeria are also welcomed for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, outreach and qualify leads.
  • Schedule sales meetings, appointments for clients to meet with prospective partners, working towards weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Leverage all available resources- such as HubSpot, external sources e.g. social media, news alerts etc.) to strategically identify and contact qualified executives and organizations.
  • Communicate with current and prospective partners via cold calling, email and social media.
  • Create and execute strategic outreach plans to support new business acquisition goals.
  • Maintain and update prospect records in HubSpot.
  • Design infographics, identify relevant in-person events, research targeted industries to execute strategies and drive demand.
  • Complete additional product specific responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3+ years of full-time professional experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
  • Experience working with a CRM, ideally Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Experience with Excel.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in sales, marketing, real estate, tech or any fast-paced industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed a quantitative goal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and persuade by email and phone with executives.
  • Demonstrates poise, maturity, and resilience with internal and external audiences.

Salary & Benefits

  • N100,000 monthly.
  • Consistent with our belief that our employees are our most valuable resource, Pipeline Leads Agency offers 15 days of PTO annually, in addition to National holidays. Benefits kick in day one.
  • This hire will additionally be eligible for a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
