Job Purpose

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. Your role is to contribute fresh ideas, collaborate with our design team, and create captivating visual assets for digital and print platforms.
• Through this internship, you'll refine your skills, build a portfolio, and play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visual identity. Join us in creating impactful design solutions that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for various projects, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
• Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts for print and digital media, including logos, brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
• Support the creation of engaging and eye-catching visuals that effectively convey messages and enhance user experiences.
• Assist in the production of design materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior designers to learn and implement design strategies, techniques, and software tools.
• Contribute innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to design brainstorming sessions and project discussions.
• Participate in the review and revision process, incorporating feedback to refine designs and improve quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Learn to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design work.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, seeking opportunities to learn and grow as a graphic designer.
• Adapt designs based on target audience feedback and project requirements.
• Assist in organizing and archiving design assets for easy accessibility.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or course work in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma etc
• A creative portfolio showcasing design skills and projects (academic or personal).
• Basic understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Enthusiasm for learning and an open-minded approach to receiving feedback.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital and print design concepts.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to contribute to design discussions.
• Basic knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team projects.
• Prior design-related internship or experience is a plus.
