Job Summary 

• We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase the visibility and profitability of insurance products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans that drive growth and revenue for our insurance products and services. Collaborate with other marketing professionals to ensure a cohesive marketing message across all channels.
• Sales and business development: Generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals. This includes identifying potential customers, building relationships, and converting them to clients.
• Customer Retention: Maintain cordial and professional relationships with clients while expanding your network to build your client base.
• Create marketing materials: Develop tailored insurance proposals, brochures, presentations, and advertisements to promote insurance products and services that fit clients’ needs.
• Create and Manage Campaigns: Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels and analyze the performance of the campaigns to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct market research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for new insurance products and services. Use this information to create marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance marketing, preferably in the Insurance Broker Industry.
• Membership to CIIN Nigeria or any other relevant certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to identify and grow a strong customer base and develop the insurance brokerage business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software.
• Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
