Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Specialist to join our team.
• This role combines a deep understanding of business processes with a strong technical acumen to optimize operations and drive efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement technological solutions to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT team to update the existing ERP/CRM systems that support business requirements.
• Analyze system performance and user experience to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and procedures.
• Utilize process improvement methodologiesto drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems.

Qualifications and Proficiencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
• Understanding of IT systems and applications (e.g., ERP, CRM). General knowledge of business systems and implementation is an added advantage
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
